This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Mercedes service shop.. I brought my car in for a recall and to have them check on some (window) motors in the vehicle that weren’t working properly. The first time I took it in they kept my car for two days before Discovering that they didn’t have the parts needed to do the recall, my service advisor Romer Martinez never called me to let me know this, I had to reach out to him.
