Mr. (Evan) Price was true to his name and got me the best price in the country on a new EQS. My third EQS purchase in three years and an easy one from MBSLO. They worked with me to deliver the car across the country in Connecticut and take in my trade. Would highly recommend Evan and the dealership even if buying remotely by phone as I did.

Three recalls, a front-end alignment and a few items quickly and professionally done and the allotted time frame. Phillip Beth was my service adviser, he has great communication skills, was able to help with an issue where radio was turning on loud every time ignition was turned on. My technician was COREY BENNETT. Strongly recommend for any Mercedes-Benz service. Stopped by parts department, and they had a very good stock of spares, including Mercedes-Benz DEF.
These folks have THE biggest selection of Sprinter Van's in California. Most are 4x4's too.

On the way from SF to Santa Barbara, I had a serious issue with my brakes on my MB. It was Friday afternoon and my SF dealer said get it checked asap. I drove into MBSLO and explained the problem (and that i was due in SBA in a few hours) Evan (service mgr) and Ramon (excellent service tech!) jumped on it and took the car in to see the issue. I needed service to my Mercedes sedan. I was leaving town for a week so I asked if I could coordinate my service with my absence. Not only did they coordinate, Vincent, John and the rest of the service team provided me complimentary transportation to and from the airport and had my vehicle cleaned! It was the perfect way to end a long trip. Thanks to all the folks at the service department for going the extra mile.
We purchased our Mercedes’ at this dealer 2 years ago. Always return for service when needed. Dealer has been great to work with. Service advisor always communicated quickly to our questions and when service would be completed. Highly recommend service and sales staff.

To whom it may concern: I am sorry to say that I have received the poorest customer service I have ever received at a MB dealership. My 2021 GLA was brought in for service because there was something wrong with the engine over 4 weeks ago. I still haven't gotten my car back. Customer service is the Service department is above and beyond any other dealership. Communication has a constant flow and there never has been any surprise charges or changes. The service manager, Vince, works very hard to accommodate me and my car needs.

Salesman Raj is FANTASTIC! Started off looking & inquiring online for vehicles. Received an email right away inviting to come look in person! Drove over in the day and took test drives of different vehicles. Dealership is Sparkling clean. Staff is patient and Raj took great care of me. I never felt stressed or pressured. Felt so comfortable I bought my Silverado 2500HD...and at a great price! I really recommend Raj...and ALFANO Chevrolet!

We had a great car buying experience at Alfano. We were in the area on vacation and found the Mercedes I have been looking for! Our salesman Wells was great from beginning to end. Our experience at the Mercedes Dealership in San Luis Obispo was outstanding. Anthony Cota in sales treated us most professionally and was not pushy towards my wife and I at all. Our interaction with Leo Shabbar the Finance manager was the best. Our next Mercedes will most definitely be from Alfano, if this is any indication of what to expect.

Made it right, I had my 2019 Sprinter in for a recall and when they had the seat out they may have inadvertently bumped something that made the power controller on the coach malfunction. After contacting the service manager they dispatched a RV service company to come check it all out, the problem seemed to self resolve and I am back in business. Hats off to a company that stands behind their work, Great job, highly recommend .

I have purchased two Mercedes from them in the past four years. I will not go anywhere else. I trust their entire process and always leave knowing I got the best deal around. The entire experience, from sales to finance to service, is professional, efficient and zero pressure. I will definitely be buying my third car from them in the near future.
I will never give less than 5 star for any business, we all need a chance to make things better. I want the best for all businesses. But my experience with this dealership has not been good at all. Starting with financing took to long, delivery of the car took almost a month, i was promised that I will get the $1,000 delivery fee refunded several times, as of today 8 months later nothing happened. I had a great experience with Alfano Mercedes getting out of my i3 and into a GLA. Anthony went the extra mile to get me a great deal. Due to COVID he pulled all numbers before I even came in and was able to talk numbers over text, which made me feel comfortable.
